Hilary Duff: Toluca Lake Lady:
Stepping out for a Sunday social hour, Hilary Duff was spotted arriving at a friend’s house in Toluca Lake, CA yesterday (April 3).
The “Beauty and the Briefcase” babe looked cute and casual in leggings and a long sweater as she hopped out of her vehicle and was greeted by a pint-sized pup.
Looking ahead to the summer months, Duff recently changed up her darker locks and went back to being a blonde once again.
Colorist Tracy Cunningham told press, “She wanted a change for the summertime season. She loved being a brunette as well. She's one of those lucky people who can wear any color with her skin tone, but she felt like a change.'
